摘要
为了明确甘肃省白银地区日光温室嫁接黄瓜枯死(茎疫病)的病因,采用孢子稀释法分离培养病原菌。通过科赫氏法则证病。依据病原菌的形态学及分子生物学特征鉴定病原菌种类。采用离体叶片接种法测定病菌寄主范围。结果表明:罹病植株茎部棒孢霉的分出率达100%。病原菌被鉴定为多主棒孢霉Corynespora cassiicola(Berk&Curt)Wei。人工接种显示,病菌可侵染黄瓜,不侵染番瓜、番茄和茄子。嫁接黄瓜植株枯死的原因是多主棒孢霉侵染黄瓜接穗的嫁接端口所致。
To investigate the pathogen of stem blight of grafting cucumber in sunlight greenhouse at Baiyin region in Gansu province,spore dilution method was used to isolate pathogenic fungi. The pathogen was confirmed by Koch's rule. Species identification was based on morphology and molecular biology characteristics. Host range was evaluated by detached leaves inoculation. The isolation rates of Corynespora reached 100% on stems of diseased plants. The pathogen was identified as Corynespora cassiicola( Berk Curt) Wei. Pathogenicity tests showed that the pathogen could infect cucumber,not infect zucchini,tomato and eggplant. The grafting cucumber wilt was result of infected by Corynespora cassiicola at cucumber scion port. This is the first report of Corynespora stem blight of cucumber caused by Corynespora cassiicola in China.
