摘要
目的评价STARlet IVD全自动血型仪在交叉配血中检测的准确度、敏感性、假阳性率及检测速度。方法收集任一检测体系检出的交叉配血阳性的样本共200例,分别用戴安娜全自动血型仪、达亚美手工配血系统和STARlet IVD全自动血型仪进行交叉配血实验,并用抗球蛋白试管法确认。结果 STARlet IVD全自动血型仪检测速度明显高于戴安娜全自动血型仪和达亚美手工配血系统。其检测敏感性均为100.0%,准确度分别为95.0%、95.5%和98.0%,假阳性率为5.3%、4.7%和2.1%。结论 STARlet IVD全自动血型仪在交叉配血检测中具有快速、准确、高敏感性的优点,适于临床实验室使用,但有一定程度的假阳性率,需经典抗人球蛋白法进行验证。
Objective To evaluate STARlet IVD automatic blood typing instrument on blood cross matching accuracy,sensitivity,false positive rate,and speed measurement. Methods 200 positive samples detected by any method are collected,then cross matched by WADiana Grifols automatic blood typing instrument,manual Diamed cross matching,STARlet IVD automatic blood typing instrument,and finally confirmed by anti-human globulin method. Results The speed of STARlet IVD automatic blood typing instrument wa higher than WADiana Grifols automatic blood typing instrument and manual Diamed cross matching. The sensitivity of the three methods were 100%,the accuracy was 95%,95. 5% and 98%,respectively. False positive rate was 5. 3%,4. 7%and 2. 1% respectively. Conclusion The STARlet IVD automatic blood typing instrument has the advantages of speed,high accuracy and sensitivity,and can be used for conventional practice of clinical transfusion. The false positive sample,however,need to be detected by anti-human globulin test.
