摘要
波片是光学测量中常用的器件,其相位延迟量的精度深受波长波动的影响.结合现有数据,运用计算机拟合技术,从理论上分析了波片的色散特性,给出了波片主折射率和相位延迟量的色散方程.最后给出了应用实例,当光源出射波长发生变化时,由拟合色散方程计算得到的波片相位延迟量与理论计算值的平均误差仅为0.30%.本方法简单易行,其研究结果对波片的应用有一定的参考价值.
The wave plate is constantly used in optical measurement. The accuracy of phase delay is influenced by wavelength fluctuations. Combined with the existing data, computer fitting technology is used. The dispersion characteristics of wave plate are analyzed theoretically. The main refractive index and dispersion equation of phase retardation of wave plate volume are generated. Finally, an application example is given. When the light source emission wavelength changes, the average error of the wave plate phase delay quantity calculated by fitting the dispersion equation and the theory calculation is only 0.30%. This method is simple and easy to operate. The research results have certain reference value for the application of wave plate.
