摘要
介绍了规格为20 dtex氨纶+44 dtex/24 f锦纶6空气包覆丝的生产工艺流程,并从原料、工艺条件等方面探讨了各因素对锦氨空气包覆丝性能的影响。结果表明:当加工速度为720 m/min、热箱温度为170℃、D/Y比为1.90、锦纶与氨纶牵伸比分别为1.275与3.3倍,再选择S1型网络喷嘴及0.28 MPa的网络压力等条件,就能制得高质量的锦氨空气包覆丝。
Production process of 20 dtex spandex and 40 dtex/24 f nylon 6 air interlaced yarn was discussed. A simple investigation was made on various factors which could influence the yarn property during the production cycle, such as raw material, process conditions. Results show that, when processing speed is 720 m/rain, heater temperature is 170℃, D/Y ratio is 1.90, nylon and spandex draft ratio is 1.275 and 3.3 respectively, choose S1 type interlacing jet coupled with air pressure at 0.28 MPa, then high quality spandex/nylon air interlaced yarn can be manufactured.
