摘要
介绍一种新型超细梯度结构滤料,通过研究实际电厂粉尘粒径,针对性选用标准粉尘,模拟分析现场工况对新型超细梯度结构滤料性能特点的影响,并同覆膜滤料和普通PPS滤料的过滤性能进行对比。结果显示,新型超细梯度滤料的过滤效率略低于覆膜滤料,远高于普通PPS滤料。
As the increasingly strict standards of air pollutant emission, a new ultrafine echelon filter was introduced in this work. The particle size of dust in actual power plant was studied, and selected the standard dust, simulated the filter performance of new ultrafine echelon filter on site, then compared with the PPS filter media and the general media. Finally, the filter media application project was introduced in Inner Mongolia, which had good effect and popularized worth.
