山东省农地流转现状及演变态势分析

Analysis on the Present Situation and Development Trend of Farmland Transfer in Shandong Province

在建设社会主义新农村和发展现代农业的大背景下,农村土地承包经营权流转成为农村发展的关键性问题。山东省作为农业大省,加强农村土地承包经营权流转,能够更好的促进传统型农业向现代型农业的转变和农村经济社会的发展。本文分析了山东省农用地流转的主要形式、现状、特点、存在的主要问题以及演变的态势,在此基础上,提出完善农地流转制度的建议。

Under the background of socialist new countryside and the development of modern agriculture, farmland contractual management rights transfer is a key issue of rural development. Shandong, as a major agricultural province, enhances the transfer of rural land contractual management right, which can promote the transformation of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture and promotes the development of rural economy and society. This paper analyzes the main forms, current situation, characteristics, existing problems and the development trend of agricultural land transfer in Shandong Province, and some reasonable suggestions for improving agricultural land transfer system were put forward.
