京津冀区域经济一体化的快速推进,给人才信息化建设提出了更新更高的要求。在此背景下,对京津冀人才队伍现状、人才信息化建设及存在问题进行分析研究,并结合河北实际,提出构建人才市场信息化云服务平台、优化信息服务模式、加强信息化队伍建设方面的构想和策略。

As the advancing of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei regional economic integration, it puts forward higher requirements to information technology personnel. In this context,the paper analyzes status of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, personnel information technology construction and proposes strategies for construction of the talent market information cloud service platform, optimization information service module, and information technology team building.
