Research on the Development of High-tech Industry in Hebei Province

通过对高新技术产业发展现状进行综合分析,找出了河北省高新技术产业发展中存在的主要问题,一是政府在扶持力度上有待加大,二是企业在人才供给以及品牌意识方面存在较大问题。因此,政府应加大扶持力度,企业要加强人才储备,注重品牌的影响力。

Through the analysis of the development of high-tech industry, this paper find out several importent issues in the development of high tech industry of Hebei Province, One is insufficient government support, and two is talent supply and brand meaning in enterprises. So government should increase supports strength, enterprises should making the talent pool and focusing on brand influence.
