中高职课程体系衔接的现状及优化策略研究 被引量:2

摘要 构建中职与高职教育衔接的人才培养体系是建设现代职业教育体系的重要组成部分。但是,目前我国的中职与高职教育仍然是两张皮,课程内容重复、教学各自为政等现象严重。国内外实践证明,成功的中高职衔接,都是把课程体系衔接作为中高职衔接的核心内容和最终落脚点。推进中高职课程体系的衔接工作,应由政府教育部门主导,中高职学校与行业企业共同参与,确定中高职两个教育层次相关专业的人才培养目标,按照职业能力要求进行课程体系与内涵的整体设计,并统一开发教材,协调组织中高职两个阶段的教学,从而真正实现中职与高职教育的紧密衔接。 Construction of secondary and higher vocational education training system is an important part of building a modern vocational education system. However, China's current secondary and higher vocational education remains mismatched with repeating course content. Domestic and international successful practice proved curriculum system is the core and ultimate goal in vocational cohesion. Advancing vocational curriculum system convergence, should be dominated by government, participate jointly by industries and enterprises to determine training target of the two levels of education, making overall design and development professional competence curriculum system and teaching materials, and coordinate organization of teaching in the two stages in order to realize the close link between secondary and higher vocational education.
