摘要
随着高等教育国际化趋势的加强,高校聘请外籍教师充实到师资队伍当中已经成为一项常规工作。而外籍教师的聘任与管理具有自身的特殊性,如何聘请优秀的外籍教师并进行有效的管理,激发出外籍教师的工作潜能是高校外教聘任中面临的核心问题。因此,有必要分析我国高校外教聘任中存在的主要问题,并在此基础上探索更加有效的外教聘任与管理对策。
With the strengthening of internationalization trend of higher education, it has become a routine work to recruit foreign teachers in colleges and universities. And the employment and management of foreign teachers has its own particularity. It is the core problem that how to employ excellent foreign teachers, do the effective management and inspire their work potential. In this regard, it is necessary to analyze the main problems in the employment of foreign teachers in our country, and on this basis to explore more effective countermeasures of foreign teachers' employment and management.
