经腔内三维超声对纵隔子宫诊断及治疗的应用价值 被引量：5

摘要 纵隔子宫是一种先天性发育异常,由胚胎时期双侧副中肾管发育融合障碍所致。纵隔子宫在人群中的发病率不明,是导致妇女不孕、不良妊娠及产科并发症的原因之一。据文献报道,在不孕及有反复自然流产史的患者中,纵隔子宫的发病率较高[1-2]。因此,正确诊断和治疗对提高纵隔子宫患者的生育能力、改善围产儿预后有重要意义。一、纵隔子宫的发生机制在胚胎发育早期,泌尿生殖嵴外侧的中肾有两对纵行的管道,一对为中肾管,
