Push Forward with China's Communist Youth League Reform and Promote the Positive Development of Youth——Reflection on the Implementation of the Work Plan of Mass Organization Work Conference

党的群团工作会议要求包括共青团在内的党的各级群团组织进一步转变思想观念,强化群众意识,着力推进自身的改革创新。促进青少年积极发展是共青团学习贯彻党的群团工作会议精神的重要目标。团组织要运用青少年积极发展理论,更好地发挥引导、服务和维护青少年合法权益等职能,扎实贯彻党的群团工作会议精神,更有效地为党做好青年群众工作。

The Mass Organization Work Conference requires CPC mass organizations at different levels,including the Communist Youth League,to change their mindset,strengthen their awareness to serve the public and push forward the reform and innovation.Positive Youth Development（PYD） has already become the major goal of China＇s Communist Youth League to carry out the work plan of Mass Organization Work Conference.The application of PYD theory is helpful for the youth rights protection,the implementation of the work plan of CPC Mass Organization Work Conference and the youth work.
