摘要
以ADI900材料为研究对象,研究其在低温条件下的力学性能和断口形貌特征。结果表明:随着温度的降低,材料的力学性能变化很大。在-60℃时,相对于常温条件抗拉强度提高了19.8%,伸长率下降33.0%,冲击韧度下降超过了70%,降为31 J/cm2,硬度提高了18.4%。实验结果为研究ADI在低温条件下的使用性能提供了数据参考,有利于ADI的推广应用。
The mechanical properties and fracture morphology of ADI900 materials were studied under low temperature conditions in this paper. The results show that the mechanical properties of the materials are changed greatly with the decrease of temperature. At -60 ℃, compared with the normal temperature, the tensile strength increased by 19.8%, the elongation decreased by 33%, the impact toughness was 31J/cm2 which decreased more than 70% and the hardness increased by 18.4%. The experimental results provide the data for the study on the properties of ADI in low temperature which is beneficial to the application of ADI.
