摘要
技能及技能型人才是职业院校和企业的共同需求。虽然职业院校和企业的组织性质具有不同特点,但两者的存在逻辑是一致的。校企关系的联结要紧紧围绕职业院校和企业的共同需要,激发双方的合作意愿,构建校企合作的长效机制。
Skills and skilled personnel are the common needs of vocational schools and enterprises. Although vocational schools and enterprises have different organizational characteristics, the logic of the two is consistent. The connection of the school-enterprise relationship should focus on their common needs, stimulate their cooperative willingness and construct tong-term school-enterprise cooperation.
