摘要 宝马培训基地师资的选拔、评估和提升有一整套严格而又科学的机制。江苏省无锡汽车工程中等专业学校为全面释放宝马品牌效应,打造学校教师队伍,将宝马培训师培训前瞻的教学理念、合理的选拨程序、先进的教学模式和教学方法、科学的评价机制等迁移、辐射到学校教师队伍建设中,有效促进了学校教师的职业精神、专业素养、教学能力等的提升。 The selection, evaluation and promotion of the teachers in the BMW training base have a set of strict and scientific mechanism. In order to fully release the BMW brand effect and construct excellent teaching faculty, Jiangsu Wuxi Secondary Vocational School of Automobile Engineering introduced the visionary teaching concept, reasonable selection procedures, advanced teaching mode and teaching methods, and scientific evaluation mechanism of the BMW trainers into teaching faculty construction, which effectively promoted the teachers' vocational spirit, professional attainment and teaching ability.
