借名师之力 助团队发展——江苏省锡山中等专业学校“名师工作室”建设的实践与思考

Practice and Reflection on the Construction of Famous Teacher Office: A Case Study

为充分发挥名师的示范、辐射和引领作用,培养优秀中青年骨干教师,江苏省锡山中等专业学校创建名师工作室,以名师打造名师团队。通过三年多的实践与思考,探索出了一套较为健全的工作室自我运行机制,取得了显著成效。

In order to give full play to the famous teacher＇s demonstration, radiation and leading roles, and to cultivate outstanding young backbone teachers, Jiangsu Xishan Secondary Vocational School established a famous teacher office to help construct the teaching faculty. Through three years of practice and thinking, a set of relatively sound office self operation mechanism has been explored and remarkable results have been achieved.
