人参茎叶多糖对大鼠血清自由基清除能力及抗疲劳能力的影响 被引量:12

摘要 研究人参茎叶多糖营养干预对大鼠血清自由基的清除能力的影响以及对大鼠抗疲劳能力的影响.以SD大鼠为对象,随机分为5组:安静对照组(A),运动对照组(B0),运动给药组(B1、B2、B3),每组12只.每天灌胃给药1次,灌胃剂量分别为0.8,1.2,1.6g·kg-1,A、B0组给予等量生理盐水.5周大强度训练后进行一次性力竭,测定大鼠力竭时间及血清SOD,CAT,MDA,BUN等指标.结果显示:B1、B2、B3组力竭时间长于B0组(P<0.01);SOD高于B0组(P<0.05);CAT高于B0组(P<0.05);B2、B3组MDA和BUN均高于B0组(P<0.05).提示通过人参茎叶多糖营养干预能够帮助消除大鼠由于大强度运动产生的自由基,推迟运动疲劳的出现时间,能够防止运动过程中机体对蛋白质的过度利用. The effects of Ginseng stem polysaccharide on serum free radical scavenging ability and antifatigue ability are studied.SD rats as an object,were randomly divided into 5groups:model group(A),the exercise control group(B0),sports administration group(B1,B2,B3),n=12.Ginseng stem polysaccharide group(0.8,1.2,1.6).Intragastric administration once daily.One-time exhaustive exercise after 5weeks high-intensity exercise,exhaustive swimming time and SOD,CAT,MDA,BUN in serum observed.B1,B2,B3 exhaustive set longer than B0group(P〈0.01);SOD higher than B0group(P〈0.05);CAT higher than B0group(P〈0.05);B2,B3 group were higher than the MDA and BUN B0group(P〈0.05).Ginseng stem polysaccharide can help to eliminate free radicals produced because of high-intensity exercise,delay the time when exercise fatigue appear,prevent the excessive use of protein of the body during exercise.
