舆论环境是任何公共事务发展的先决条件,作为国家事业的竞技体育更需要社会舆论的支持.在寻求社会舆论支持的过程中,出现突发事件真相不明引发舆论争议、价值取向多元化促使舆论呈现离散状态、政府管理迫使舆论流于程序化、发展思路与舆论导向难以共鸣以及发展与社会舆论相背离5大问题.在对社会舆论特点、规律准确把握的基础上,建立竞技体育与社会舆论的互动平台,建立竞技体育对社会舆论的应答机制,建立竞技体育突发事件的预警机制,完善社会舆论对竞技体育的监督机制以及迎合社会舆论导向5方面优化竞技体育的舆论环境,为实现新时期竞技体育的大发展提供理论依据.

The public opinion environment is the prerequisite for any development of public affairs.As the national cause,competitive sports also need the supports of the public opinion.When seeking the supports for the public opinion,there are five problems including the public controversy which is triggered by the unknown truth of the sudden incidents,the public opinion separation which is made by the mufti-value orientation,the procedural public opinion with the government＇s management,the ideas of development which are not the same with the public opinions,and the development which departs from public opinions.Based on the characteristics and rules of public opinion,the paper is intended to build an interactive platform between the competitive sports and the public opinion,to establish the response mechanism for public opinion,to establish the early warning mechanisms of sports emergencies,to improve the supervisory mechanism on competitive-sports and to meet the public opinion orientation.We will use the five aspects to optimize the public opinion of competitive sports,and to provide theoretical basis for the great development of the competitive sports in new period.
