摘要
运用CFD仿真软件,采用标准—湍流模型和SIMPLE算法,对离心泵内部三维流场进行分析,分析泵内各位置压力分布和速度分布的情况,得到离心泵叶轮内部叶轮与蜗壳之间的相互作用以及蜗壳部分区域的压力、速度和涡流的分布信息。分析水泵内叶轮工作面和背面压力分布的不均匀性,为离心泵性能分析及设计优化提供依据。
The standard k--epsilon Turbulence model and SIMPLEC algorithm are applied to simulate the three-dimension internal flow field in centrifugal pump by using CFD software. The results show the details of pressure and velocity in internal flow field of the pump, distribution of information interaction between centrifugal impeller and volute, impeller and volute casing parts of the pressure, velocity and vortex. Analyses of uneven distribution of water pump impeller work inside and the pressure on the back provide the basis for the analysis and optimization design of centrifugal pump performance.
