小城镇土地资源承载力的评价分析与建议

Study of the Land Bearing Capacity of Small Towns

采用层次分析法和模糊评判法等方法对小城镇土地承载力水平进行了评价。首先阐述了研究土地承载力的原因与重要性;构建了土地承载力的评价指标体系和评价模型,选择可耕地等4种资源作为一级指标,粮食总产量等12个要素作为二级指标。其次,以凌海为例,对土地承载力进行了实证分析,将评价指标体系和评价模型应用到该城市土地承载力分析中,指出凌海土地承载力水平不高,提出了创新土地利用方式等提升土地承载力的建议。

This paper uses AHP and thzzy comprehensive evaluation method to study the Land capacity of Linghai. This paper first introduces the reasons and importance of the Land capacity. Land capacity appraisal target system and evaluation model are built, and 4 higher targets and the 12 secondary target and focus of the evaluation model are determined. The second part is analysis of Land capacity study based on sustainable development. The establishment of indicators and assessment system is applied to the business of Land capacity analysis of Linghai, as a result, the level is not very good for the Land capacity. In order to upgrading the Land capacity of Linghai, we put forward the innovative use of land and so on.
