The localization of Marxism in China is a historical process along with progress over time. The communists have accumulated valuable experience in promoting theoretical innovation in the process, which mainly includes： firm theoreti- cal beliefs combined with the dispelling of superstition are the premises of promoting theoretical innovation; serious reflec- tion and scientific summary of historical experience pro and con, and firmly grasp the historical consciousness of theoreti- cal innovation; to base on China＇s reality and national conditions to firmly establish the national consciousness of theoreti- cal innovation; responding to the people＇s realistic expectations, and consolidate the mass base of theoretical innovation constantly; make the national good traditional cuhure embodying ethnic characteristics of theoretical innovation; shaping the group of elite Marxist theorists to foster the core subject of theoretical innovation. These basic experiences have impor- tant practical use for upholding and developing the newest theoretical achievement of Marxism in China.
