就中国共产党社会历史资源的丰富和发展来说,要坚定不移地走社会主义道路,坚持社会主义文化的发展方向,广泛开展中华人民共和国历史知识的宣传和教育。就中国共产党党员和组织优势的丰富和发展来说,要充分发挥好党员的先锋模范带头作用,永葆中国共产党鲜活的生命力和创造力;要充分认识到中国共产党权力运作的特点,建立健全党内权力运行和监督机制;要充分发挥党内民主,抑制党内腐败现象的滋生。就中国共产党章程和制度优势的丰富和发展来说,要把党章看成中国共产党立党的根本大法,不允许任何人有超越党章的特权;要建立健全各种制度,逐步完善政治制度的具体运行机制和体制。

In terms of the enrichment and development of the historical resources of the Communist Party of China, we should follow the socialist orientation gallantly, adhere to the direction of development of the socialist culture, and work on the publicity and education of the history of People＇s Republic of China. In terms of the advantages of the members and or- ganizations, we should make use of the exemplary role of party members, keep the internal and fresh vitality and creativity of them, fully understand the characteristics of the power operation of of the Communist Party of China, establish and perfect the inner-party power operation and supervision mechanism, and give full play to democracy inside CPC so as to suppress the corruptions inside the party. In terms of the advantages of procedure of the constitution of the party and the political sys- tem, we should take the party＇s constitution as the fundamental law. No one is allowed to Contravene the Party Constitution. We should establish and perfect the institutions and gradually improve the political system of the concrete operational mechanism.
