摘要
转子位置检测是永磁同步电机(PMSM)变频系统稳定运行的必要条件。增量式编码器不能给出准确的转子初始位置信息,通常需要增加额外初始位置检测方法,而大多数转子初始位置定位的方法只具有理论性,实现起来比较困难甚至不适合实际应用场合。提出一种转子自修正方法,不需准确定位初始位置,通过软件实时修正位置信息。同时在设计的以DSP28335为核心的PMSM变频系统中进行了试验验证,结果证明该方法的可行性与实用性。
It was necessary for the permanent magnet synchronous motor( PMSM) variable frequency system to has a accurate rotor position detection. Usually,incremental encoder can't give accurate rotor position,to ensure stable operation of motor we need to initial rotor position. However,most of the rotor initial position location methods are difficult to implement or not suitable for practical applications. To resolve the question mentioned above,a method did not need to initial rotor position accurately,correcting the rotor position automatically was presented. Finally,in order to prove the method,a experiment was carried on,the results showed that the method was feasible and practical.
