潜水泵电机出现扫膛故障的原因分析与对策

摘要 分析了某钾肥厂冷却水循环系统潜水泵电机出现扫膛故障的原因:电机转子发热,如不能及时冷却,必然使其温度升高,电机出力下降;同时因转子温度沿轴线方向不一致,转子受热膨胀将呈纺锤形。当转子膨胀量超过气隙时,就和定子内腔壁接触摩擦,即出现"扫膛"现象。大功率干式潜水电机应配置风扇与气水换热器组成的冷却系统。电机内腔中空气通过风扇驱使强制循环流动,在流过转子内缝隙时吸收转子产生的热量;在流过换热器处时,与外界冷却水进行热交换,释放出热量。这样导出转子的热量,就解决了电机转子冷却问题。在高海拔地区使用的潜水电机,应对电机的设计功率进行修正。 The fault reasons of the friction between stator and rotor of submersible motor of the certain potash fertilizer factory were analyzed. At high altitudes,low air pressure and thin air,effect of rotor natural cooling was less. Motor rotor fever,if not timely cooling,must make its temperature rise,the motor output decline; At the same time,because the rotor temperature along axis direction inconsistent-the middle part was higher than at both ends,the rotor heating expansion would be a spindle. When its expansion size more than the air gap,the rotor and stator inner cavity wall contact and friction,namely "stator scrapping rotor". High power and dry-type submersible motor should be configured cooling system Composed of fan and the air-water heat exchanger. The air in motor chamber driven the fan forced circulation flow. when it flowed through internal channel of the rotor,the air absorbed the heat generated by the rotor. When it through the heat exchanger,the air exchanged heat with outside water and released the heat. Such rotor heat be exported,the motor rotor cooling problems be solved. If submersible motors used in high altitude area,its design power should be modify like general motors.
