住区低影响开发雨水管理措施构建探析

Research on Stormwater Management Practices Construction of Residential Area Based on Low Imapct Development

快速城市化进程中的住区存量与增量均规模庞大,住区因其建筑集中、汇水涵盖大、可收集利用雨水量多且水质好,利于低影响开发雨水管理体系的设计改造及实施,也是推动海绵城市建设的重点。从措施优选及体系设计两大方面对住区低影响开发雨水管理措施构建展开探讨:根据适建性评价及效益-成本比对,优选住区实施价值高的低影响开发措施;依据低影响开发的设计目标,针对新旧住区提出相应的雨水管理措施设计思路,结合住区景观系统,提出低影响开发措施的景观设计范式,在发挥生态功效的同时提升观赏价值。

The increase quantity and inventory quantity of residential area are enormous in the current process of urbanization, rely on the centralized layout of residential hot, sing, the great scale of drainage area, rich of available stormwater and good water quality, it＇s beneficial to the stormwater management planning and reconstruction based on low impact development, which is also the emphasis to promote the construction of sponge city. This article made a study on the method of LID stom^water management practices construction from two aspects as following： optimum selected the high value LID practices to residential area based on the evaluation of the constructability and comparison of benefit-cost; Put forward the design thought of LID practices planning to old and new residential area on the basis of the LID goals,, and also explain the landscape design method to LID practices, which enhance ornamental value at the same time of promoting the ecological effect.
