600MW超临界机组燃烧调整及给水控制研究

摘要 燃烧调整的目的是在保证锅炉设备安全、满足汽轮机对锅炉参数要求的前提下,调整燃烧器各层的燃料分配,调整一、二次风的分配,以达到炉膛热负荷均匀、炉膛受热面不结渣、火焰不冲刷水冷壁、低NOx排放,使锅炉在最安全、经济的条件下运行。给水控制系统投入稳定运行是超临界直流炉安全稳定运行的关键,通过对超临界直流炉给水控制系统的深入研究、控制参数整定及优化改进,系统能长期投入稳定运行,保证了机组的安全经济运行。 The combustion adjustment of the aim is to ensure the safety of boiler equipment, meet the requirements under the premise of steam turbine for boiler parameters, adjust the burner fuel distribution of each layer, adjust a, the distribution of the secondary air, in order to achieve uniform chamber of a stove or furnace heat load, furnace heating surface slagging, flame not flush water wall, low NOx emissions, make boiler under the condition of the most safe and economic operation. Feed water control system in stable operation js the key to the safe and stable operation of once-through boiler, through in-depth study of once-through boiler feed water control system, control parameter setting and optimization improvement, the system can run stably for a long term investment, to ensure the safe and economic operation of the unit.
