企业家社会网络总是有助于提升创新绩效吗? 被引量:21

Is entrepreneurs' social network always helpful for improvement of innovation performance?

摘要 学术界对企业家社会网络与创新关系的研究一直处于争议状态,一方面缺乏对企业家社会网络两面性的深入考察,另一方面未能考虑到企业家社会网络对创新影响的情境条件。本文以国内高技术民营企业为样本,探讨企业家社会网络与创新绩效之间的关系,并检验组织冗余对二者之间关系的调节作用。结论表明,企业家社会网络的广泛性、关系强度与创新绩效之间具有倒"U"型关系。而组织冗余在两者的关系中发挥调节效应,即组织冗余正向调节企业家社会网络关系强度对企业创新绩效影响;负向调节企业家社会网络的广泛性与企业创新绩效的关系。最后,本文对研究的管理实践意涵和后续研究方向进行了讨论。 The academic study and discussion for the relationship between entrepreneurs' social networks and innovation has been always in dispute status,which is the result of the lack of in-depth investigation for the dual nature of the entrepreneurs' social network on one hand and the failed consideration for the situational conditions needed for the influence of the entrepreneurs' social network on the innovation on the other hand. Based on the data and information collected from high-tech private enterprises in China,this paper intends to discuss the relationship between entrepreneurs' social network and innovation performance and to explore the moderating effect of organizational redundancy on the relationship between the two. The study results show that the breath of network and strength of network tie of entrepreneurs' social networks is in inverted"U"type relationship with the innovation performance with the organization redundancy playing moderating role in the relationship between the two,that is to say,the organization redundancy has a positive role for moderating the influence of the strength of network tie of entrepreneurs' social networks on the enterprise's innovation performance and a negative role in moderating the relationship between the breath of network and the enterprise's innovation performance. Finally,this paper covers the discussions relating to the management practice intensions and subsequent research direction involved in the topic.
