摘要
以界面平均相对湿浓度为基本未知量,用界面相对湿浓度连续、湿流通量连续和湿扩散方程建立复合材料湿扩散系数求解的等参化有限元体积直接平均法(FVDAM)模型,计算了复合材料的湿扩散系数,获得了复合材料单胞内的湿流通量分布并将模型用于芳纶复合材料吸湿行为分析。结果表明:该模型能反映复合材料复杂微结构及纤维自身吸湿特征,较Shen-Springer,Hashin,Piggott模型更适于复合材料湿扩散系数的求解。
While the interracial average relative moisture concentration was taken as basic unknown microvariables, the interracial average relative moisture concentration, interracial average moisture flux continuity equation and diffusion equation were applied to establish parametric FVDAM in diffusion coefficient calculation of composites in this paper. Diffusion coefficient was calculated, and the moisture flux distribution was obtained. The moisture absorption behaviors of APMOC/epoxy and theirs composites were analyzed. The results showed that this method had the ability to characterize complicated microstructure of the composites and moisture absorption feature of the fiber itself. It was rather reasonable to calculate moisture diffusion coefficient of composite than ShenSpringer, Hashin and Piggott model.
