NaCl单盐胁迫对大白菜种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响 被引量:13

摘要 以5个不同品种的大白菜种子为试验材料,采用培养皿滤纸发芽法,研究不同浓度NaCl单盐胁迫对大白菜种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,随着NaCl浓度的升高,大白菜种子的发芽率、发芽势和活力指数均有不同程度的降低,种子开始发芽的时间推迟且发芽过程延长。NaCl胁迫对大白菜种子萌发的抑制作用很大,其中0.4 mol/L NaCl对各品种大白菜发芽率的抑制均达到了50%以上,0.8 mol/L NaCl胁迫下5个供试品种的发芽势均为零。5个品种的大白菜幼苗在不同浓度盐胁迫下芽与根的鲜重和干重均受到了影响,根长与芽长随着盐浓度的增加而减小,说明盐胁迫同时也抑制了幼苗的生长。 Using seeds of 5 different Chinese cabbage varieties as the test materials,and applying culture dish filter paper germination method,this paper explored the impact of NaCl single salt stress on seed germination and seedling growth of Chinese cabbage. The results showed that germination rate,germination vigor and vitality index of Chinese cabbage seeds declined to different degrees,the germination time and process were postponed;NaCl stress had significant inhibitory effect on the seed germination,specifically,inhibitory effect of 0.4 mol/L NaCl on germination rate of Chinese cabbage seeds achieved 50% and above,and germination vigor of seeds of 5 test varieties was zero under the 0.8 mol/L NaCl stress. In terms of seedling growth,fresh weight and dry weight of shoots and roots of all 5 varieties were influenced to different degrees by salt stress of different concentrations,root and shoot length declined with the increasing concentration,i.e. salt stress also inhibited the growth of seedlings.
