摘要
目前我国出口至海外的轨道车辆日益增多,出口国家多为亚、非、拉等第三世界国家。这些国家多存在铁路年久失修,路况恶劣,车辆维修维护不及时的情况,与国内相比较差距较大。而线路条件差会给车辆各系统部件的振动特别是转向架服役环境造成很大的影响。这种情况就要求我们设计车辆时根据线路特点采取针对性的措施。本文针对某出口铁道车辆油压减振器漏油故障情况,从减振器内部结构所决定的特性入手进行了分析,提出了避免减振器漏油的建议。
At present, China's rail vehicles exported to overseas is increasing, export countries is mostly in Asia, Africa, and other third world countries. Many of these countries the railway conditions are very poor, and vehicle maintenance is not enough, which is very dif- ferent from ours. It will be a great impact to the vibration of vehicle system components, especially bogie service environment. All of these situations require special designs of the vehicle according to the characteristics. Aimed at the leakage fault of dampers of an export railway vehicle, the internal structure characteristics of the damper is analyzed, and the suggestion to avoid leakage of the damper is put forward.
