Repair Equipment Selection and Track Maintenance of Straddle-Type Monorail Transportation

跨坐式单轨交通系统在我国已安全正常运行了多年,由于其车辆构造和线路结构的独特性,决定了单轨车辆的维修和线路的维护与常规钢轮钢轨式城市轨道交通不同,其维修和维护用的工装设备也有其独特性。目前国内外一些城市正酝酿修建跨坐式单轨交通系统,本文通过对重庆单轨交通车辆段的回访,根据单轨车辆和线路的独特性,提出了单轨车辆的维修和单轨线路维护必要的一些专用工装设备,供今后单轨车辆维修及线路维护设计参考。

It has been many years since the straddle type monorail transportation system was first put into regular use. Considering the particularity in rolling stock construction and track structure, there is quite a big difference in train repair and track maintenance be tween the straddle-type monorail transportation system and the normal steel wheel-rail transportation system. Such a particularity also exists in technics equipment and facilities used in repair and maintenance. While some foreign cities as well as domestic ones are intend ing to build the straddle type monorail transportation system at present, the characteristics of rolling stock repair and track maintenance are put forward in this paper according to some interviews to monorail transit depots, which may be a reference to related design in fu- ture.
