近年来,由于经济迅速发展、技术升级换代以及市场需求的日趋多样化,重型装备制造业领域的产品结构发生了很大变化,传统的管理模式和生产方式遇到了新问题,企业必须寻求新的管理方法和模式,适应新要求、新变化,增强科学处理和解决生产实际问题的能力,不断调整企业的生产与运作,从而形成高效、灵活的生产管理系统。随着信息化技术的广泛应用,依靠计算机网络系统的支撑,将企业所有资源信息全面集成,为管理者及时提供决策、控制与业绩评估的全方位系统化的企业资源规划管理应运而生。

In current years, due to rapid economic development, upgrading of technique and multiple marketing demand, product structure of heavy equipment manufacturing industries has changed greatly, and new issues have been occurred regarding to conventional management mode and production manner. Therefore enterprises were supposed to develop better management method and mode to meet with new requirement and change and strengthen capability of scientific handling and solution of actual production problems as well as adjust production operation for enterprises con- stantly in order to establish an efficient and smart production management system. Accompanying with popular applica- tion of information technique and by use of computer net system supporting, total integration of overall enterprise re- source information has been carried out, finally Enterprise Resource Planning management with all-position systemiza- tion which provided decision, control and benefit evaluation to managers in time was brought up.
