内质网应激参与动脉粥样硬化机制的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 内质网是一种存在于真核细胞中并与核膜、高尔基体、细胞膜相互连续,参与分泌蛋白、膜蛋白折叠及Ca^2+水平调节的复杂膜性结构。内质网发挥折叠功能需分子伴侣参与,如葡萄糖调节蛋白78kDa(glucose regulated protein 78kDa,GRP78)、钙连蛋白、钙网蛋白帮助新生多肽正确折叠,糖基化修饰酶类(寡糖转移酶、葡糖苷酶、甘露糖苷酶)进行糖化修饰。
