摘要
在ADAMS View中建立某客车气弹簧后舱门动力学模型,对最大开启力和最大关闭力进行仿真并与试验进行对比验证模型的准确性,并优化舱门的安装位置。在此基础上,在MATLAB环境下开发出通用的舱门设计工具,使得舱门设计的工作变得高效和简单。
The dynamical model of the air spring rear cabin doors for a coach or bus is established by using ADAMS View software to simulate the max forces of the doors' opening and closing. The authors compare the simulation re- suits to the test data to validate the model accuracy, and optimize the installation position for cabin doors. On the ba- sis, they develop a universal cabin door design tool, which can improve the efficiency and reduce the difficulty of air spring rear cabin doors design.
