大学生是未来创业领域的主力军。在政府扶持小微企业的积极政策支持下,越来越多的大学生选择小微企业创业,并作为大学生就业的一种模式,将有助于促进创新型社会经济的发展,发挥积极的微型规模经济作用。但现实中的大学生在小微企业创业的实践氛围中还是会碰到很多困难。大学生创业孵化基地的建设有利于形成良好的创业氛围,激发大学生的创业热情,有效地提高他们创业的积极性。因而,以就业为导向,探索构建大学生小微企业创业孵化基地,将成为高等学校创业教育的新课题。

College students are the main force in starting a business in future. Encouraged by the proactive governmental policy of supporting small and micro businesses, accumulating college students begin to choose small and micro businesses as an employment pattern, which is helpful to the development of innovative economy and giving active play to micro scale economy. In reality, nevertheless, college students encounter difficulties of one kind and another in starting small and micro businesses unavoidably. Constructing an incubation base for college graduates to start a business will be conducive to creating a good atmosphere which can rouse college students＇ enthusiasm to start a business and strengthen their initiatives for business starting effectively. Oriented to employment, the exploration of constructing an incubation base for college students to start a small or micro business will become a new subject that colleges and universities have to study in their employment education.
