摘要 蛋白激酶A(PKA)是G蛋白偶联受体所介导细胞信号通路中重要的信号转导因子,广泛参与了伤害性信息的调控和痛觉过敏的形成。本文聚焦PKA的结构特点、分布、功能及其对疼痛的调控机制,以充实基于PKA信号通路的疼痛机制。 Protein kinase A was an important signal transduction factor participating in cell signaling pathways which was mediated by G protein coupled receptor,and involvement in the regulation of nociceptive information and the formation of hyperalgesia widely. In this paper,the structure characteristics,distribution,functions of PKA and its pain regulation were reviewed so as to enrich pain mechanism based on PKA signaling pathway.
