Problems and Solutions on Development and Management of Student Party Members in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校本身有其特殊性,如三年制学制、最后一学年基本在外实习等,这些特点决定了其发展学生党员不同于本科院校。高职院校应从自身实际出发,在抓住学生党员成长的过程做好教育和管理及创新培养管理过程两个大方面着手,切实采取措施,才能在党员发展和管理方面做到行之有效。

There is the particularity in higher vocational colleges, such as the three-year school- ing, internship off campus during the third year and so on, which determines the development of student party members is different from universities. Higher vocational colleges should start from the actual and present situation, and set about aspects of education and management during the growth of student party members, and innovation in cultivation and management process. Only when concrete measures to be taken, can the work in terms of the party members＇ development and management be accomplished effectively.
