摘要
FANUC数控系统提供的指令功能是固定的,指令数量是有限的,有时满足不了用户的需求。用户可借助数控系统提供的宏功能平台,进行指令二次开发,通过建立数学模型、引入变量、设置参数等环节完成宏程序的编写和复合循环G指令的宏调用,以简化编程,提高编程效率。
The instruction function provided by FANUC system is fixed and limited, and sometimes it can't satisfy the user's need. The user can carry out the instruction secondary development by using the macro-function platform of CNC system. Through establishing the mathematical model, introducing the variable, setting parameter and so on, the user completes the writing of macro-program and macro call of compound cycle G instructions in order to simplify programming and improve the programming efficiency.
