摘要 Total proteolytic, antitrypsic, amylase and lypolytic activity was studied on animals subjected to acute stress simulation. Acute stress results in the development of imbalance of protease inhibitors potential as well as in the increase of amylase and lipase activity in the pancreas of the rats. Prior melanin administration in acute stress leads to a decrease in the activity of amylase and lipase, and an increase of total activity of protease inhibitors, that demonstrates stress-protective melanin effect produced on the pancreas.
