摘要
从相位噪声等指标对频率合成器的影响引出本文HF频段频率合成器的指标要求,根据指标要求介绍了频率合成器的方案设计、原理框图以及相位噪声模型,并介绍了电路实现中如何选用合适的元器件和屏蔽接地等设计细节,最后阐述了本频率合成器指标测试结果以及未来努力的方向。
Based on the impact of phase noise on frequency synthesizer, the design of an HF frequency synthesizer is introduced. The design solution, diagram and phase noise model are described. The problem of how to choose appropriate component and shielding ground is represented. The design, parameters and further efforts of the frequency synthesizer is represented finally.
