高职院校复合型教师队伍建设的研究

高职院校要提高竞争力,需要建设高质量的"复合型"的教学团队。文章从"双师型"教师队伍建设得到启发,提出建设"复合型"教师队伍的重点是建立有效机制,根据学校特色、依托校企合作平台,建设一支具有良好理论素养、先进教育理念、复合型技能、创新精神和实践能力的复合型教师队伍。

To improve the competitiveness,the higher vocational colleges need to build high-quality ＂versatile＂ teaching team This paper puts forward that the key point is to build the effective mechanism According to the characteristics of the college and based on a university- enterprise cooperation platform,a versatile teaching team can be built with good theoretical attainment,advanced education concept,complex skills,innovative spirit and practice ability.
