摘要
绝缘管型母线绝缘缺陷的试验与排查手段缺乏。通过两起红外测温发现管母受潮和现场解体处理情况,结合管母结构,分析管母受潮发热的原理,论述红外测温是发现管母绝缘受潮缺陷的有效手段。通过专项排查,又发现了多起类似的缺陷,验证了该方法的有效性。
Insulation test and investigation means in insulation defect of insulated tube busbar is deficiency. Two damp defect of insulated tube busbar was found by infrared temperature measurement. Tube busbar damage defects were processed in the field. Principle analysis of insulated tube busbar damp fever with its structure, it is proof that the infrared temperature measurement is the effective, means to discover the tube busbar moistened insulation defects. Through special investigation, and found several similar defects, verify the validity of the orooosed method.
