摘要
纤维增强树脂基复合芯中碳纤维丝体积含量高时,复合芯强度高而韧性差,玻璃纤维丝体积含量高时,复合芯强度低而韧性好,但在实际生产过程中,部分生产单位往往侧重于复合芯的强度而忽略复合芯的韧性,其实从施工角度考虑,复合芯的韧性是必须要首先保证的。在韧性满足要求的情况下,强度能不能保持是最关键的考核因素,特别是直径较大的复合芯,因其纤维含量较高,很容易导致复合芯中的纤维出现浸润不透的情况,恰恰这种现象对复合芯的强度损失是致命的。为了更好地解决这个问题,需要对胶槽结构重新进行设计和论证。
