电流主通路数对磁悬浮电机悬浮力的影响

摘要 在鼠笼式磁悬浮感应电机中,电流主通路分为定子线圈和转子鼠笼两个部分,是产生磁场和感应磁场的主要部件,对电机悬浮力的影响非常大。本文从理论上分析了不同鼠笼条数和不同定子槽数磁悬浮电机的磁场结构。并用电磁场有限元分析软件进行了建模仿真,得出了悬浮力大小和稳定性同电流主通路数目的关系,为磁悬浮电机的设计提供了一定的参考。 In induction bearingless motor with a squirrel cage rotor, the main current path, which include stator coils and the squirrel cage, is the main components to produce magnetic field and induct magnetic field. It has huge influence on the levitation force of the motor. This paper theoretically analyzed the magnetic field of motors with different squirrel cage bar number and stator slot number. The electromagnetic field finite element analysis software (Ansys Maxwell ) was used for modeling and simulation. The relationship between the main current path number and the levitation force stability is obtained to provide some reference in bearingless motor design.
