摘要
由于纺织机械现场环境复杂,易使电机温升过高导致停产,因此,监测电机温度尤为重要。本文介绍了采用单总线技术实现远距离测温且能监测的电机测温系统,该系统以单总线温度传感器DS18B20作为前端的测温探头,通过特殊算法可以采集多探头的温度,并传输到上位机;采用VB语言进行上位机的软件开发,设计了检测界面和报表查询等界面,实现了用于纺织机械的电机温度数据采集、数据显示等监测功能。
Due to the complexity of textile machinery environment, the motor temperature often gets so high that the textile machinery breaks down easily. Therefore, a constant monitoring of the textile machinery motor is extremely important. This essay introduced a remote temperature measurement system which supervised the motor temperature by using single bus. The single bus sensor DS18B20 was set in the front as the temperature measurement probe. The system colleetd the temperature of several probes through a special algorithm and then transmited the data to the upper computer. The inspection, report and query interface on the upper computer was designed by VB software. In this way, the system implements the monitoring of the textile machinery motor, including data collection and presentation etc.
