摘要 运用AdvantE dge软件提供的用户自定义Johnson-Cook模型和Usui磨损模型建立不同淬硬状态工件材料模型和刀具模型。对干式硬态车削过程进行有限元分析,得到PCBN刀具切削不同硬度Cr12MoV工件时刀具前刀面切削压力和切削温度,并判断出刀具磨损的变化规律。通过模拟分析得到模拟规律与实验规律基本符合,为工件材料的硬度选取提供合理参考。 According to the Johnson-Cook and Usui Wear the models supplied by AdvantE dge,workpiece material and tool models are built in different hardening states. Based on finite element analysis of dry hard turning process,the cutting pressures and cutting temperatures in tool front plane are obtained when workpieces of different Cr12 MoV material hardness are cut with PCBN tool,and judge of the changing laws of tool wear. According to the results of simulation analysis,the simulation laws basically conform with the experimental ones,and reasonable reference for selecting workpieces hardness are supplied.
