球头铣刀刀具姿态对钛合金加工表面完整性的影响 被引量:8

摘要 球头铣刀铣削薄壁试件时,刀具姿态对加工表面完整性有着重要的影响。通过试验研究了刀具姿态对钛合金表面粗糙度、残余应力场、显微硬度场和微观组织的影响规律。研究结果表明水平向上走刀方式获得的表面质量优于垂直向上走刀方式;在水平向上走刀方式下,刀轴倾角为40°时获得的表面质量较优。 In machining process of thin part using ball end mill,the tool posture is important to the surface integrity.In this paper,the influence of tool posture on surface roughness,residual stress,micro-hardness and microstructure are studied by a series of milling experiments. Results show that the surface quality of horizontal upward milling is better than that of vertical upward milling. Under the horizontal upward milling,a machining inclination angle of 40° is good enough from the point view of surface integrity.
