摘要
针对加工变速箱二轴螺纹的滚丝轮异常崩刃问题,从影响崩刃的机床、工件、刀具三方面进行分析,通过精度检测、工艺试验、尺寸链计算、以及对比分析同类型零件的毛坯材质等手段,同时优化刀具工艺和材质,成功解决了崩刃问题。
Aiming at abnormal processing of gearbox shafts screw thread rolling wheel tipping problem,influence from three aspects of the machine,workpiece and tool of the collapse edge analysis,through precision testing,process test,the dimension chain calculating precision,and comparative analysis method such as the blank of the same kind of parts material. It will find the problems and process optimization,the cutting tool material optimization action,then successfully solve the problem of the tipping.
