摘要
研究长轴大螺距螺旋内花键成型工艺。探索拉削速度、刀具参数对工件成型及加工精度的影响。基于有限元DEFORM-3D仿真软件,分别研究刀具前角、后角、拉削速度等参数对应力及加工精度的影响规律;通过改进预制孔和拉削工艺,调整刀具参数,确定拉刀参数及成型工艺流程。结果表明,在拉刀前角为15°、后角为2°、齿升量为0.06mm时,切削应力及切削热比较合理,可以在一定程度上解决深孔内螺旋花键加工时出现的让刀现象,得到的工件表面精度较高。
Study on the forming process of the long axis and large pitch spiral internal spline. To explore the influence of cutting speed and cutter parameters on the forming process and machining accuracy of the workpiece. The influence rules of broaching speed,broaching depth,rake angle on broaching force and temperature were analyzed separately based on Deform- 3D simulation software; through improving prefabricated hole and broaching process,adjust the parameters of the tool to determine broach parameters and forming process. The results show that in cutter front angle for 15 degrees,relief angle is 2 degree,depth is 0. 06 mm,the cutting stress and broaching temperature is reasonable,solved the phenomenon of the cutter in the process of the deep hole internal helical spline to a certain extent. the workpiece surface accuracy higher.
