摘要
为降低海底管道设计和施工成本,可采用子母管平行捆绑于一体的管道结构形式。针对子母管结构特性,对其进行截面等效处理,并考虑到子母管绑扎结构形式对水动力的影响及管道由于小幅振动而产生的管道沉陷对土壤作用的影响,利用AGA LevelⅡ软件进行了准静态分析,模拟了极限工况条件下管道所受水动力作用及管土作用,得出了相应的侧向稳定性安全系数。并以某油田项目子母管设计为例进行计算,说明了该方法的实用性与简便性。
In order to reduce costs of subsea pipeline design and construction, piggyback pipeline may be used. Accord- ing to the structural characteristics of the piggyback pipeline, the two cross-sections of the piggyback pipeline will be re-calculated as one equivalent cross-section. The pipeline is subjected to oscillatory motions from wave action. Its additional embedment effect on soil is considered. A quasi-static analysis is carried out by applying AGA Level II software to simulate hydrodynamic force and pipe/soil interaction in ultimate limit state and obtain the lateral stability coefficient. As an example, the calculation of a practical piggyback pipeline is designed and calculated. The proposed method is proved to be practicable.
